Fine artist, print designer, production artist or web designer? Please, no. I prefer Creative Enthusiast. Though I’ve developed strong skill sets to create and communicate in the print & web worlds, I am more than a pixel-pusher or graphic-operator. I love completely immersing myself in the creative process. Two of my favorite things are the smell of print just off the press and the moment a web page design goes live on the internet. I value creative solutions with purpose not pretty art void of rationale. It excites me that a simple solution nearly always wins the day — but have learned that simple doesn’t mean easy. I love creative challenges, and am always ready to embrace new adventures. My career goal is to become an Associate Creative Director in an environment where becoming a complacent creative isn’t an option. I’ve never been in a box — so I never have to think outside of one.
