Museum of Non-Visible Art
We just came across a new conceptual art project called the Museum of Non-Visible Art. According to the project's Kickstarter page, the art collaborative is:
An extravaganza of imagination, a museum that reminds us that we live in two worlds: the physical world of sight and the non-visible world of thought. Composed entirely of ideas, the Non-Visible Museum redefines the concept of what is real. Although the artworks themselves are not visible, the descriptions open our eyes to a parallel world built of images and words. This world is not visible, but it is real, perhaps more real than the world of matter, and it is also for sale.
Essentially, you pay real money (anywhere from $1,000 to $10,000) to receive nothing, save a description. We believe in the power of imagination wholeheartedly. But it seems to us that imagination is free, so there better be some damn good writing in these pricey descriptions. Although watching the MONA Kickstarter video, we have our doubts.

Pretty sure James Franco has gone off the deep end. This is a pretty awful idea and that video...not really selling it.
